These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by RWA Bridge LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates worldwide (collectively, "iTransfr", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using iTransfr services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using iTransfr's services, you confirm that you:

  • Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
  • Are legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
  • Will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and iTransfr policies.
  • Are not located in a jurisdiction where use of our services is prohibited.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2.Services Provided

iTransfr provides infrastructure that enables businesses to facilitate cross-border payments, settlements, and foreign exchange transactions through the use of stablecoins and traditional payment systems.

Our role is limited to providing technology, integrations, and access to regulated settlement partners. We do not hold funds in custody, operate as a bank, or provide depository accounts. All transactions are executed on a non-custodial basis, with settlement occurring between the client's own accounts and designated counterparties.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Access to supported fiat on- and off-ramps.
  • Conversions between supported fiat and digital assets.
  • Execution of large-value transactions via over-the-counter (OTC) channels.
  • Access to regional settlement systems (such as PIX in Brazil, PSE in Colombia, SEPA in Europe, and Fedwire/ACH in the United States).
  • API and widget tools for integration into client platforms.

The scope of services may change over time. iTransfr reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue services at its discretion without prior notice.

3.Eligibility

To use iTransfr's services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Be acting on behalf of yourself or a legally registered business entity.
  • Provide accurate and complete onboarding information.
  • Pass iTransfr's compliance, sanctions, and risk screening processes.

We may decline or terminate access if eligibility or compliance requirements are not met.

4.Compliance Obligations

You agree to use iTransfr only in compliance with applicable laws, including financial, AML, and sanctions regulations. You must not use our services for:

  • Money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, or other illegal activity.
  • Transactions involving sanctioned persons, entities, or jurisdictions.
  • Concealing or structuring payments to evade regulatory requirements.
  • Any activity that could harm iTransfr's systems, reputation, or clients.

iTransfr conducts continuous monitoring and may suspend or terminate services if prohibited activity is detected.

5.Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring that your systems remain secure. You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.
  • Notify iTransfr immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • Ensure only authorized persons access your account.

iTransfr is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials caused by client negligence.

6.Fees and Pricing

Fees may apply to certain services, including but not limited to:

  • Spreads or conversion margins.
  • Transaction-based fees.
  • Network or third-party settlement costs.

All fees will be disclosed to you prior to execution. You agree that applicable fees may be deducted from transaction amounts or invoiced directly.

7.Settlement and Transactions

  • All transactions are final once executed and cannot be reversed.
  • Settlement times vary depending on the currency, network, and jurisdiction involved.
  • You are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses, bank account details, and payment instructions.

iTransfr is not responsible for losses due to errors, delays, or rejections caused by incorrect information provided by the client or by third-party institutions.

8.Risk Disclosure

By using iTransfr, you acknowledge the following risks:

  • Digital asset values may be volatile.
  • Banking partners, payment rails, or networks may experience outages, delays, or restrictions.
  • Regulatory frameworks are evolving and may affect service availability.
  • Transactions executed incorrectly cannot be recovered once confirmed.

You agree that you understand these risks and will not hold iTransfr responsible for outcomes beyond our reasonable control.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • iTransfr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
  • Direct liability, if established, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to iTransfr in the three months preceding the claim.
  • iTransfr is not responsible for losses resulting from force majeure events, regulatory actions, or failures of third-party partners and networks.

10.Suspension and Termination

iTransfr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
  • You fail AML/KYC or sanctions checks.
  • We determine your activity presents risk to the platform or its users.

Upon termination, iTransfr will take steps to ensure lawful settlement of pending obligations, subject to regulatory requirements.

11.Changes to These Terms

iTransfr may amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date clearly indicated. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevis, unless superseded by the jurisdiction of a specific iTransfr subsidiary providing the services.
